Trader Joe's Saves the Day... Again.

Long day at work... even longer day tomorrow.  Sore all over from the river rock project yesterday.  All I've had to eat today is a salad, sugar free jello and an orange.  I'm hungry and I've only got 15 minutes until the Bachelor starts!  YIKES!  What to do?

Well, luckily I have recently stocked up on one of my super easy, super fast dishes from Trader Joe's.  Introducing:  Trader Joe's Biryani Curried Rice Dish.

It's an Indian curried rice dish made with a medley of garden vegetables (red peppers, onions, peas), a mixture of apples and raising to sweeten it just a tad and Indian spices to give it a yummy curry flavor.  :)  In a word... YUM!

Okay... so first I throw some chicken tenders in a skillet with some olive oil and grill 'em up!  

I season them with Nature's Seasoning to give them some flavor too.

When they are cooked, but still juicy and full of favor, I remove them from the skillet and cut into small pieces.

I return the skillet back to the stove and heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil before I open the bags and add to the skillet.  I make 2 bags because Jason LOVES this dish and if I only make one he can only have one bowl full.  

I saute the rice mixture for about 5 minutes and toss the chopped chicken in during the last couple of minutes.   

 And... voilà!  A Yummy meal in about 15-20 minutes.

If you like curry, you must try it.  And don't worry, it's not too spicy... I like it lots!

And now for the Bachelor...

I think he clicks best with Chantal.  He just has that look in his eyes when he is with her that tells me she is the one he picks.  I might be wrong, but I don't think I am.  

 I REALLY like Emily!  She is sweet, looks like a Barbie and is a great mom.  I think Brad wants to be in love with Emily but I don't think he is into her as much as Chantal.  

Ashley, just needs to pack her bags.   Oh yeah, her date just confirmed that for me.  Done.  Finished.  Mosquito nets?  Really?  That's romantic conversation.  Geesh!
