Today Jason's friend Andy came to visit us! He flew into Phoenix where he picked up a minivan we lovingly called the "swagger wagon," that he is testing for a review for the Summit Daily News. Jason got home from his night call shift and was going to try to stay awake... at least that was his plan for about an hour, then with heavy eyes, he decided to give in to dreamland. Andy's arrival was about an hour after Jason fell asleep, so we sat in the living room chatting and getting to know each other for a while. We decided to head to the Twist & Shout 50's Diner for lunch. I had a burger, which was delicious as usual. Jason was awake when we arrived home. :)
We decided to head down to Madera Canyon before sunset.
