Bring on the Guests! :)

After 2 years, we finally have our guest rooms 

both made over and looking great! :)

I have to say we are so pleased with how they turned out.

In fact, we made lots of changes throughout the house.  

May I give you a tour of our progress?

 We added dimmer to the kitchen lights and it made a HUGE difference!

Now we don't feel as though we are being interrogated when we eat dinner. :)

 And finally... have you ever wondered what to do with your bikes?  

If you're like me, you use your garage to park both of your cars and store 

those holiday items, tools and yard equipment, leaving very little room left.  

Well, maybe you could try what we did.  

We hung the bikes above our cars!  

We bought these Bulldog heavy duty bike hooks at 

Walmart for around a couple of bucks each.

This has been a great solution!  I only wish we had thought of it 2 years ago when we moved in!  They are out of the way, yet accessible when we want them! Very happy with this...

 Ahhhh... I just love how the house is coming together!  

It may be taking some time, but we're getting there!
