Yesterday we just got a Fed Ex box today with about 500 pages from our title company for us to review carefully. Uh, yeah... right! :) Ha ha! I could read that from now until Christmas and not understand it all! Who really reads every line and further more who UNDERSTANDS every line? Jason looked through it, mostly HOA by laws and title co. stuff. Crazy! We wondered how many trees die for each home sale! :) Today we got our home inspection back! Most everything looks good. There is of course the dog damage, some is a little worse in the garage than I thought, but all fixable. I don't think anything is so bad we would walk away. Jason is at school doing graduation related stuff today and I am meeting my old SAA friends for lunch! :)
Joel is proposing to Ashley today! I am so excited!! I know she is going to be so happy! I am finally going to have her as my sister-in-law! YAY! She is so sweet and we get along so great. She will be great for Joel! I hope his plans go accordingly... and that he can actually wait to do it like he wants! :) Can't wait to celebrate lots of happy things this weekend!
