Summer Flowers!

Hey there.  Not a lot going on.  Life is pretty routine right now, just busy at work and Jason's trying to get some things done around the house. 

I thought I would share pictures of my flowers.  This year I got vincas, flowering tobacco, 

 

petunias, and a wave petunia to hang.  

 I think the flowering tobacco is really cool.  

 That's why I tried to take a picture closer up. Anyway, I thought I would share.  We are in desperate need of rain.  The grass is all crunchy and brown, and my flowers wilt everyday until they are watered!  It looks like we just may get some rain tonight, but it could just be yet another teaser of rain.  It will thunder and get cloudy, and then no real rain comes! 

Also,  my oldest and dearest friend Jennifer Bokmeyer had a baby girl last week, Caroline Emma. 

She's so beautiful!
