This year I found another adorable bunny at Target to add to my collection!
Meet Peter Rabbit...
Isn't he lovely?  I just love him!
Almost as much as I love my Easter Bunny!
I also saw is jar of Easter eggs at Target
but wasn't willing to pay what they wanted for them
when I knew I could make it myself, so...
I made it myself.
I found some eggs at Michaels, used an old jar, put some scraps
of burlap I had on top of the lid and tied it on with twine.  :)

I also found this wreath in the dollar section of Target
which I decided looked better around my candle on the kitchen table.
Speaking of Target's dollar area (which I love) I found this little bunny...
 ...and his friend birdie.
Birdie might even stay out year round on my windowsill above my sink. :)
Of course I had to fill my Easter Egg candy dish with Starburst Jelly Beans!
We went to Tenebrae Service at SCVUMC on Good Friday.
The word 'tenebrae' is Latin for shadows. The purpose of the Tenebrae Service
is to recreate the emotional aspects of the passion story.
On Saturday we took a nice bike ride around the neighborhood.
Sunday we worshiped Easter service at SCVUMC.
Happy Easter!
He is risen!
He is risen!
He is risen indeed!
